研究背景
車(che)載(zai)供(gong)氫(qing)係(xi)統(tong)是(shi)燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)池(chi)汽(qi)車(che)的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)部(bu)件(jian)之(zhi)一(yi),對(dui)燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)池(chi)汽(qi)車(che)的(de)續(xu)駛(shi)裏(li)程(cheng)和(he)安(an)全(quan)性(xing)起(qi)到(dao)至(zhi)關(guan)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。然(ran)而(er)針(zhen)對(dui)燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)池(chi)汽(qi)車(che)使(shi)用(yong)工(gong)況(kuang)下(xia)導(dao)致(zhi)的(de)氫(qing)氣(qi)微(wei)小(xiao)泄(xie)漏(lou)的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)缺(que)乏(fa)合(he)適(shi)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)。
研究成果
本文首先開發了一套氫安全測試裝置,具備流量/壓力可調節的氫氣泄漏模擬功能以及氫氣濃度檢測功能;針對震動導致的車載供氫係統中典型的管閥連接件鬆動場景,測定了不同壓力、擰ning緊jin角jiao度du和he扭niu矩ju下xia的de氫qing氣qi泄xie漏lou速su率lv,並bing對dui典dian型xing供gong氫qing管guan路lu壓ya力li下xia的de氫qing氣qi泄xie漏lou和he擴kuo散san仿fang真zhen模mo型xing進jin行xing了le準zhun確que性xing驗yan證zheng。通tong過guo計ji算suan流liu體ti動dong力li學xue仿fang真zhen研yan究jiu了le微wei小xiao氫qing氣qi泄xie漏lou在zai整zheng車che底di盤pan的de擴kuo散san路lu徑jing,以yi及ji氫qing氣qi濃nong度du的de時shi空kong演yan變bian規gui律lv,並bing實shi現xian氫qing氣qi泄xie漏lou的de三san維wei可ke視shi化hua,上shang述shu方fang法fa的de開kai發fa對dui氫qing濃nong度du傳chuan感gan器qi的de布bu置zhi以yi及ji燃ran料liao電dian池chi整zheng車che氫qing安an全quan設she計ji和he評ping估gu具ju有you重zhong要yao意yi義yi。
