據合肥微尺度物質科學國家研究中心報道:jinri,zhongguokexuejishudaxuehefeiweichiduwuzhikexueguojiayanjiuzhongxinhehuaxueyucailiaokexuexueyuandezengjiejiaoshouketizuyuhunandaxuehuanghongwenjiaoshouhezuo,yanzhileyizhongjianjuyouyidecuihuahuoxingjiwendingxingdezhizijiaohuanmoranliaodianchi(PEMFC)陰極催化劑。該成果以“One-Nanometer-Thick PtNiRh Trimetallic Nanowires with Enhanced Oxygen Reduction Electrocatalysis in Acid Media: Integrating Multiple Advantages into One Catalyst”為題發表在《美國化學會誌》雜誌上(J. 一維超細鉑基金屬納米線的微結構及氧還原催化反應性能

麵對這一難題,中科大和湖南大學研究團隊通過精細調控鉑基催化劑的維度、尺寸、以及組分,研製了超細的鉑鎳銠三元金屬納米線催化劑。由於該納米線的直徑僅有一納米,其表麵鉑原子占整體鉑原子比率高於50%,展(zhan)現(xian)了(le)超(chao)高(gao)的(de)原(yuan)子(zi)利(li)用(yong)率(lv),為(wei)高(gao)的(de)催(cui)化(hua)質(zhi)量(liang)活(huo)性(xing)提(ti)供(gong)了(le)結(jie)構(gou)基(ji)礎(chu)。氧(yang)還(hai)原(yuan)催(cui)化(hua)測(ce)試(shi)表(biao)明(ming),碳(tan)負(fu)載(zai)的(de)超(chao)細(xi)鉑(bo)鎳(nie)銠(lao)三(san)元(yuan)金(jin)屬(shu)納(na)米(mi)線(xian)催(cui)化(hua)劑(ji)的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)活(huo)性(xing)是(shi)商(shang)用(yong)鉑(bo)碳(tan)納(na)米(mi)催(cui)化(hua)劑(ji)的(de)15.2倍。與此同時,碳負載的超細鉑鎳銠三元金屬納米線催化劑在氧氣氣氛下循環使用10000次後,隻有12.8%的質量活性性能損失,而與之相對的商用Pt/C催化劑在氧氣氣氛下循環使用10000次後,質量活性性能損失達到了73.7%。相(xiang)較(jiao)於(yu)商(shang)業(ye)鉑(bo)碳(tan)納(na)米(mi)催(cui)化(hua)劑(ji),碳(tan)負(fu)載(zai)的(de)超(chao)細(xi)鉑(bo)鎳(nie)銠(lao)三(san)元(yuan)金(jin)屬(shu)納(na)米(mi)線(xian)催(cui)化(hua)劑(ji)在(zai)質(zhi)量(liang)活(huo)性(xing)以(yi)及(ji)催(cui)化(hua)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)方(fang)麵(mian)都(dou)有(you)顯(xian)著(zhu)的(de)提(ti)高(gao),展(zhan)現(xian)了(le)很(hen)好(hao)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)潛(qian)力(li)。
