shanghaidianlixueyuanxuqunjiejiaoshouketizuzaiguojiazirankexuejijinxiangmuheshanghaishidianlicailiaofanghuyuxincailiaozhongdianshiyanshidezhichixia,shejibingzhibeichuyizhongeryanghuatai-黑磷雜化材料負載鈀納米粒子的新型複合催化劑。研究發現,通過簡單的機械球磨,二維的黑磷納米片(BP)與二氧化鈦(ATN)納米片在剪切力作用下,相互間通過P-O-Ti共價鍵連接形成了穩定的三維二氧化鈦-黑磷雜化材料,並最終作為鈀納米粒子載體,合成了具有高催化下活性和穩定性的Pd/ATN-BP 複合催化劑。該催化劑用於堿性條件下乙醇電氧化顯示出極高的活性,其電化學活性麵積和最大峰值電流密度分別達到約462.1 m2gPd-1和5023.8 mAmgPd-1, 是普通商業Pd/C 的11.67 和6.87 倍。研究表明,黑磷和二氧化鈦的複合顯著提升了載體的電子遷移率,同時二氧化鈦-黑(hei)磷(lin)雜(za)化(hua)材(cai)料(liao)表(biao)麵(mian)大(da)量(liang)吸(xi)附(fu)的(de)羥(qiang)基(ji)加(jia)速(su)一(yi)氧(yang)化(hua)碳(tan)等(deng)中(zhong)間(jian)物(wu)種(zhong)的(de)氧(yang)化(hua),從(cong)而(er)釋(shi)放(fang)鈀(ba)活(huo)性(xing)位(wei),極(ji)大(da)提(ti)升(sheng)了(le)催(cui)化(hua)劑(ji)性(xing)能(neng)。這(zhe)一(yi)研(yan)究(jiu)結(jie)果(guo)對(dui)直(zhi)接(jie)乙(yi)醇(chun)燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)池(chi)陽(yang)極(ji)催(cui)化(hua)劑(ji)的(de)設(she)計(ji)和(he)製(zhi)備(bei)具(ju)有(you)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意(yi)義(yi),並(bing)對(dui)研(yan)發(fa)高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)低(di)成(cheng)本(ben)的(de)燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)池(chi)具(ju)有(you)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)前(qian)景(jing)。
