日本的最大鋼鐵製造公司NKK公司在自主研發催化劑的基礎上,發明了一套燃料電池氫源係統 (圖3),該係統可用於二甲醚水蒸氣重整製氫或者二甲醚幹重整製氫。二甲醚和水(或者CO2)混hun合he後hou進jin入ru重zhong整zheng反fan應ying器qi,再zai將jiang重zhong整zheng後hou的de富fu氫qing氣qi體ti用yong於yu燃ran料liao電dian池chi發fa電dian。部bu分fen重zhong整zheng氣qi的de催cui化hua燃ran燒shao用yong於yu係xi統tong供gong熱re。該gai發fa明ming的de關guan鍵jian在zai於yu采cai用yong了le二er甲jia醚mi和heCO2為原料的重整製氫方法。

瑞典皇家工學院的Nilsson等開發了一套基於二甲醚自熱重整技術的燃料電池氫能源係統(見圖4)。這zhe套tao係xi統tong是shi利li用yong二er甲jia醚mi催cui化hua燃ran燒shao的de熱re量liang來lai啟qi動dong二er甲jia醚mi自zi熱re重zhong整zheng單dan元yuan,當dang自zi熱re重zhong整zheng反fan應ying運yun行xing穩wen定ding後hou便bian關guan閉bi催cui化hua燃ran燒shao單dan元yuan,重zhong整zheng後hou的de富fu氫qing氣qi體ti可ke為wei5kW燃料電池堆提供氫燃料。
