Chem. Int. Ed. DOI: 10.1002/anie.201700150)雜誌上。

Z型光催化體係的能量轉換效率主要取決於兩個材料結構因素:(1)決定兩種半導體之間的電荷轉移效率的清晰界麵結構;(2)提供發生還原和氧化反應位點的兩種半導體的暴露表麵結構。在過去發展的Z型xing光guang催cui化hua材cai料liao中zhong,業ye界jie往wang往wang在zai兩liang種zhong半ban導dao體ti之zhi間jian引yin入ru貴gui金jin屬shu,以yi提ti高gao界jie麵mian電dian荷he轉zhuan移yi效xiao率lv。然ran而er,貴gui金jin屬shu的de引yin入ru不bu但dan提ti高gao了le材cai料liao成cheng本ben,而er且qie有you可ke能neng會hui在zai貴gui金jin屬shu處chu發fa生sheng逆ni反fan應ying。因yin此ci,非fei常chang有you必bi要yao在zai滿man足zu以yi上shang兩liang個ge材cai料liao結jie構gou條tiao件jian的de同tong時shi,避bi免mian在zai其qi界jie麵mian上shang使shi用yong貴gui金jin屬shu。
熊宇傑課題組針對該係列挑戰,以Cu7S4納米晶體為前驅物,通過陽離子交換合成路線,將其轉變為Cu7S4與g-MnS構gou築zhu而er成cheng的de雙shuang麵mian神shen異yi質zhi納na米mi結jie構gou。該gai結jie構gou不bu但dan同tong時shi滿man足zu了le暴bao露lu表biao麵mian和he清qing晰xi界jie麵mian結jie構gou要yao求qiu,而er且qie無wu需xu使shi用yong貴gui金jin屬shu即ji可ke高gao效xiao完wan成cheng太tai陽yang能neng向xiang化hua學xue能neng的de轉zhuan換huan。這zhe兩liang種zhong半ban導dao體ti的de帶dai隙xi差cha異yi可ke以yi有you效xiao地di實shi現xian互hu補bu型xing吸xi光guang,在zai全quan譜pu光guang照zhao條tiao件jian下xia展zhan現xian出chu改gai善shan的de光guang催cui化hua產chan氫qing性xing能neng。該gai研yan究jiu進jin展zhan為wei廣guang譜pu光guang催cui化hua材cai料liao的de設she計ji開kai辟pi了le一yi條tiao新xin的de思si路lu,也ye對dui複fu合he光guang催cui化hua劑ji的de表biao界jie麵mian設she計ji研yan究jiu具ju有you推tui動dong作zuo用yong。
