據科學網報道:近期,許昌學院新材料與能源學院楊曉剛教授與鄭直教授聯合指導碩士生李磊等,對釩酸鉍半導體-催cui化hua劑ji體ti係xi應ying用yong於yu光guang電dian化hua學xue分fen解jie水shui製zhi取qu氫qing氣qi進jin行xing了le研yan究jiu。通tong過guo對dui半ban導dao體ti和he催cui化hua劑ji的de結jie構gou和he負fu載zai量liang進jin行xing調tiao控kong,采cai用yong理li論lun和he實shi驗yan相xiang結jie合he的de方fang式shi對dui界jie麵mian的de電dian荷he分fen離li進jin行xing了le分fen析xi研yan究jiu。相xiang關guan成cheng果guo日ri前qian發fa表biao於yu英ying國guo皇huang家jia化hua學xue會hui旗qi艦jian期qi刊kan《化學科學》上。

本研究以常見的n型鉬摻雜釩酸鉍半導體為例,在表麵沉積了鐵摻雜的氧化鎳超薄納米片催化劑,利用瞬態表麵光電壓技術研究界麵上電荷累積-衰shuai減jian行xing為wei,通tong過guo理li論lun模mo擬ni證zheng明ming該gai催cui化hua劑ji在zai半ban導dao體ti表biao麵mian既ji能neng加jia快kuai表biao麵mian反fan應ying,又you能neng儲chu存cun光guang生sheng電dian荷he。該gai存cun儲chu機ji製zhi增zeng加jia了le其qi表biao麵mian電dian荷he積ji聚ju,延yan長chang電dian荷he壽shou命ming並bing促cu進jin電dian荷he轉zhuan移yi,實shi現xian光guang電dian化hua學xue分fen解jie水shui性xing能neng的de顯xian著zhu提ti高gao。研yan究jiu結jie果guo為wei光guang電dian或huo者zhe光guang伏fu器qi件jian的de優you化hua提ti供gong了le成cheng功gong案an例li。
