優勢:成本低、來源廣、存儲方便
廣東合即得能源科技有限公司總經理黃平將甲醇重整氫燃料電池汽車稱為“綜合了甲醇汽車和燃料電池汽車特點的新型綠色能源動力汽車”。據(ju)悉(xi),甲(jia)醇(chun)重(zhong)整(zheng)氫(qing)燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)池(chi)汽(qi)車(che)的(de)基(ji)本(ben)工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)與(yu)純(chun)氫(qing)燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)池(chi)汽(qi)車(che)類(lei)似(si),隻(zhi)不(bu)過(guo)甲(jia)醇(chun)重(zhong)整(zheng)器(qi)替(ti)代(dai)了(le)儲(chu)氫(qing)罐(guan)。在(zai)重(zhong)整(zheng)器(qi)內(nei),甲(jia)醇(chun)和(he)水(shui)的(de)混(hun)合(he)液(ye)被(bei)轉(zhuan)化(hua)為(wei)富(fu)氫(qing)重(zhong)整(zheng)氣(qi),重(zhong)整(zheng)氣(qi)進(jin)入(ru)高(gao)溫(wen)質(zhi)子(zi)膜(mo)電(dian)堆(dui)進(jin)行(xing)發(fa)電(dian),並(bing)向(xiang)外(wai)部(bu)(即汽車)供應電力。

劣勢:技術成熟度低碳排放仍存在

“目前,國內外尚未建立比較完善的技術標準體係和評價體係。”上述技術人員表示,“甲醇重整氫燃料電池汽車距離產業化還早。”
傳統車企不“感冒”新勢力更感興趣
10月25日(ri),全(quan)球(qiu)首(shou)款(kuan)搭(da)載(zai)甲(jia)醇(chun)重(zhong)整(zheng)氫(qing)燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)輕(qing)型(xing)卡(ka)車(che)在(zai)昆(kun)山(shan)舉(ju)行(xing)正(zheng)式(shi)投(tou)入(ru)商(shang)業(ye)運(yun)營(ying)發(fa)布(bu)儀(yi)式(shi),該(gai)車(che)由(you)東(dong)風(feng)特(te)汽(qi)和(he)蘇(su)州(zhou)氫(qing)潔(jie)電(dian)源(yuan)科(ke)技(ji)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)聯(lian)合(he)生(sheng)產(chan)。但(dan)記(ji)者(zhe)在(zai)采(cai)訪(fang)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)發(fa)現(xian),整(zheng)車(che)企(qi)業(ye)對(dui)甲(jia)醇(chun)重(zhong)整(zheng)氫(qing)燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)池(chi)汽(qi)車(che)這(zhe)一(yi)技(ji)術(shu)路(lu)線(xian)並(bing)不(bu)太(tai)“感冒”。一位汽車企業研究院的相關負責人認為,目前氫燃料電池汽車的儲氫罐技術更為成熟,而且包括槍擊、穿刺、燃(ran)料(liao)等(deng)一(yi)係(xi)列(lie)試(shi)驗(yan)均(jun)已(yi)證(zheng)明(ming)了(le)儲(chu)氫(qing)罐(guan)的(de)安(an)全(quan)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)。相(xiang)較(jiao)而(er)言(yan),甲(jia)醇(chun)重(zhong)整(zheng)氫(qing)燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)池(chi)汽(qi)車(che),尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)較(jiao)為(wei)複(fu)雜(za)的(de)甲(jia)醇(chun)重(zhong)整(zheng)器(qi)的(de)安(an)全(quan)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)還(hai)需(xu)要(yao)開(kai)展(zhan)更(geng)多(duo)驗(yan)證(zheng)工(gong)作(zuo)。
有意思的是,造車新勢力反而更願“押寶”這一技術路線。11月13日,電咖汽車發布了新品牌天際和首款豪華SUV產品天際ME7,電咖汽車董事長兼首席執行官張海亮表示,在商用車所采用的燃料電池動力上,電咖汽車沒有像豐田Mirai或者現代NEXOyiyangzhijiecaiyongwaibujiaqingdewanzhengqingranliaodianchidonglifangan,ershijiangcaiyongjiachunzhongzhengzhiqingfangan,laiweiqingranliaofanyingduitigongdongliyuan。wuduyouou,zaijinniandeguangzhouchezhanshang,aichiqicheqixiadeRG Nathalie登台亮相,采用的動力係統同樣是甲醇重整製氫燃料電池,資料顯示其百公裏加速破2.5秒,最高時速300km,最大續駛裏程能達到1200公裏。不過,這兩家企業的甲醇重整氫燃料電池汽車產品均未實現量產。
